Colours on some,products may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
Where Perfume Oil Shop has insufficient stock to deliver any goods ordered, we shall notify you as soon as possible and either offer an alternative item of the same value or we shall issue a full refund of the purchase price for the unavailable goods.
Perfume Oil Shop will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
Perfume Oil Shop is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur with use of any of our products.
Be sure to test all products. We are not responsible for accidents or incidents associated with the use of any of our products.
Perfume Oil Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the billing address only.
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods,we do not refund postal charges.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they are unused.
Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were either incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
Any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any returned faulty goods after this time may only receive a partial refund dependent on the amount of product used.
Any goods which are returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
Any orders returned back to Perfume Oil Shop, ‘Not Called For’ by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 14 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
Perfume Oil Shop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, Perfume Oil Shop will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires an immediate replacement, Perfume Oil Shop will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Perfume Oil Shop reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
Once an order has been placed, Perfume Oil Shop is not able to guarantee that any changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, Perfume Oil Shop does not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Perfume Oil Shop express permission to do so.
